The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is scheduled to announce the announcement of CTET September 2026 on its official website. Candidates who are interested in becoming teachers in Primary (Class 1-5) and Junior Grade (Class 6-8) are able to apply online once the application link is active. The applicants will be able finish the registration process on CTET’s CTET site by filling in their personal information, educational and exam information. Candidates are advised to have the required documents on hand prior to making an application online.

CTET September 2026 Eligibility Criteria

For Primary Stage (Class 1 To 5)

  • Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in D.El.Ed / BTC course.

For Junior Stage (Class 6 To 8)

  • Graduation degree with B.Ed / D.El.Ed qualification from a recognized institution.
