Bihar Vidhan Parishad (BVP) has released the latest answer key for the recruitment of Personal Assistant (PA), Data Entry Operator (DEO), Lower Division Clerk (LDC), and Stenographer posts. Candidates who appeared in the recruitment examination can now check their answer key through the official portal using their registration details. The recruitment process was conducted under Advertisement No. 02/2025 for a total of 64 vacancies. The online application process started on 28 November 2025 and continued until 05 January 2026. Candidates can now download and verify their answer key online.

Personal Assistant (PA) Candidates must have completed Graduation from a recognized university. Applicants should have Hindi stenography speed of 100 WPM and Hindi/English typing speed of 30 WPM. Computer certification from AICTE, DOEACC, NIELIT, or equivalent qualification is desirable. Data Entry Operator (DEO) Candidates should have passed Intermediate (10+2) examination from a recognized board. Applicants must possess typing speed of 8000 key depressions per hour. Computer certification such as ADCA or NIELIT ‘O’ Level is desirable. Lower Division Clerk (LDC) Candidates must have passed Intermediate (10+2) from a recognized board with Hindi or English typing speed of 30 WPM. Computer knowledge certificate from recognized institutions is desirable. Stenographer Applicants should possess Graduation degree along with Hindi stenography speed of 80 WPM and Hindi/English typing speed of 30 WPM. Computer certificate from recognized institutions is desirable. |
